In the rare situation that a media interview or other public event constitutes a serious security threat or has a genuine risk of political infiltration, the application will be placed in administrative review, and a deferred decision will result. There is no timeframe for this decision to be made, and you may not be informed when this happens. Thank you for your understanding.
